210 Quad Room

Room rental includes a 5 hour reception and set up of tables, chairs, risers for head table and dance floor. Tear down, and clean up of those items. Restrooms will be maintained by an attendant. The hurricanes and mirrors that are in inventory are FREE to be used by the renter but must be cleaned and placed on tables by them. There are 16 round tables that will seat between 128 and 160 guests. They are 8’ in diameter. The remaining tables will be 5’x6’ rectangles. The room size 80’x69’. Seating capacity for the room is 325. If this room is rented there is no charge to use the landing for a 45 minute social time. The buffet line may be placed in the hallway on the south side of the room.

Room 210 A & B

Seating for up to 135 with buffet line, head table, podium, screen and LCD projector in the room. Set up, tear down and clean up of tables and chairs and the Av equipment already listed are included in the costs. The room size is 40’x80’.

Room 210 A & C

Seating for up to 108 with buffet line, head table, podium, screen and LCD projector in the room. Set up, tear down and clean up of tables and chairs and the Av equipment already listed are included in the costs. The room size is 40’x69’.

Room 210 A or B

Each room will seat 54 banquet style comfortably with buffet line, head table, podium, screen and LCD projector in the room. Set up, tear down and clean up of tables and chairs and the AV equipment already listed are included in the costs. The room size is 40’x40’.

Room 210 C or D

Each room will seat 24 classroom style comfortably with a head table, podium, screen and LCD projector in the room. Set up, tear down and clean up of tables and chairs and the Av equipment already listed are included in the costs. The room size is 40’x29’.

Seating for 325 with a stage area of 35’x22’. There is a drop down screen also available to be used with the projector. Flash drives work the most conveniently. An attendant to run the AV equipment is available at $40 an hour.

Great location to socialize. The permanent bar is located in this area. There is comfortable seating located in this area along the south wall of windows. Five high top tables are also available to use in this area. If additional tables are needed there will be a $10 charge for each additional table. The area is 70’x30’.

Meeting Rooms

Room 213

Board room style seating is available in this room for 12-16 participants. A white board is located in the east end of this room. The room size is 25’x15’.

Room 214 & 215

15’x15’ room that can be set up to meet your needs. Capacity on seating is approx. 12.There is a white board at the east end of the room.

Additional Rental Items

Kitchen

The use of the full kitchen by a licensed insured caterer. The kitchen must be left in the order in which it was found.

Place Settings

Place settings include dinner plate, salad plate, cutlery, water goblet and coffee cup and saucer. Set up of place settings is the responsibility of the renter or caterer. They will need to be cleared, scraped and carried to the kitchen for the dishwasher.

Dishwasher

A minimum charge of 5 hours at $20 per hour for weddings with 200 guests or less. Weddings over 200 will require two dishwashers.

Chiffon Wall

A double wall of sheer and solid material topped with an ivy swag at each seam, serves as a lovely backdrop for the bridal party. Included in this price is a backdrop for the wedding cake.

Centerpieces

A cone shaped vase surrounded by 6 votive candle holders. There are 25 available. Candles must be provided by renter.

Table Linens

MG Laundry is the local vendor we use for linens. Once your guest count is finalized and you approve the transaction I order linens in your name and you are invoiced.

Food and Drink

One of the advantages of the DMACC Conference Center is the freedom to choose your own caterer. We provide a listing of preferred caterers for events if you don't have one in mind. You may also offer alcohol at your event at the DMACC Conference Center.
