information and catering policies will assist you in your dining
service needs.
Menu Selection
Our menu features some of our most popular items. Click on a
link on the left hand side of this page to view our menus.
While
these are only suggestions, Sodexho takes great pride in
developing menus, both formal and festive. Let us assist
you in your menu planning for your meeting or wedding! Our chef
would be happy to develop a custom menu for your special day.
To help the dining service flow quickly
and efficiently, please select one menu for all guests. it
is also recommended that guests' dietary needs are surveyed in
advance and relayed to Sodexho staff. All food and
beverage items served at the DMACC Conference Center must be
supplied and prepared by Sodexho. The exception is special
theme baked goods, such as wedding cakes. Due to health and
sanitation regulations, Sodexho does not save leftovers and does
not permit removing the leftovers from the facility
