| Deposits
A non-refundable deposit
equivalent to the room rental fee is required upon booking an
event. A second deposit of 50% of the estimated total is
due 14 business days before the event. For special events,
final payment is due the day of the event.
We accept
checks, Visa or MasterCard. Corporate event can be
invoiced if credit is approved 30 days prior to the event.
Invoices are payable within 15 days, with a late charge assessed
after 15 days.
